°á°ú: °£È£»çÀÇ °ú¹Î¼º Àå ÁõÈıº¿¡ ´ëÇÑ À¯º´·üÀº 24.3%·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. ÀϹÝÀû Ư¼º¿¡ µû¸¥ °ú¹Î¼º Àå ÁõÈıº À¯º´¿©ºÎ¿¡ À¯ÀÇÇÑ °ü·Ã¿äÀÎÀº ¹ã ±Ù¹« Àϼö, Áö³­ 6°³¿ù µ¿¾È º¹Åë ȤÀº º¹ºÎ ºÒÄè°¨À¸·Î ÀÇ·á±â°ü ¹æ¹® ¿©ºÎ¿Í ¾à¹° º¹¿ë ¿©ºÎ¿´´Ù. °ú¹Î¼º Àå ÁõÈıº ´ë»óÀÚ¿Í Á¤»ó±º »çÀÌ¿¡ À¯ÀÇÇÑ Â÷À̸¦ º¸ÀÎ Á÷¹«½ºÆ®·¹½º ÇϺοµ¿ªÀº ¡®ÀÇ»ç¿ÍÀÇ °¥µî¡¯, ¡®±âŸ Àη°úÀÇ ´ëÀΰü°è»ó ¹®Á¦¡¯, ¡®º¸È£ÀÚ¿Í È¯ÀÚ¿¡ °ü·ÃµÈ »çÇס¯À¸·Î °ú¹Î¼º Àå ÁõÈıº ´ë»óÀÚ°¡ Á¤»ó±ºº¸´Ù ³ô¾Ò´Ù. °ú¹Î¼º Àå ÁõÈıº°ú °£È£»çÀÇ Á÷¹« ½ºÆ®·¹½º °ü°è¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ÀνĿ¡¼­ °ú¹Î¼º Àå ÁõÈıº°ú °ü·ÃÀÌ ÀÖ´Ù´Â ÀÀ´äÀÌ 96.9%, °ú¹Î¼º Àå ÁõÈıº¿¡ ºÐ·ùµÇÁö ¾Ê´Â Á¤»ó±ºµµ 79.3%°¡ °ü·ÃÀÌ ÀÖ´Ù°í ÀÀ´äÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á·Ð: ÀÌ»óÀÇ º» ¿¬±¸°á°ú¸¦ Á¾ÇÕÇØ º¼ ¶§ °£È£»çÀÇ °ú¹Î¼º Àå ÁõÈıºÀÌ ½ºÆ®·¹½º¿Í ¿¬°üÀ» °¡Áö°í ÀÖ´Ù. ±×·¯¹Ç·Î °ú¹Î¼º Àå ÁõÈıº¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ±³À°°ú °ú¹Î¼º Àå ÁõÈıºÀ» °¡Áø °£È£»ç¿¡°Ô ½ºÆ®·¹½º¸¦ °¨¼Ò½ÃÅ°´Â ³ë·ÂÀÌ ÇÊ¿äÇÏ´Ù.

Purpose: This study was to investigate the relationship between IBS and nurses¡¯ occupational stress.

Method: We used the modified Rome ¥² criteria to measure the relationship between IBS and nurses¡¯ occupational stress. This questionnaire is composed of 9 areas and 43 items related to the stress. We collected the data of 395 respondents from W hospital. The survey was done from July 10th to July 31th, 2009.

Results: The morbidity of IBS showed 24.3%. It was significantly influenced by night shift, and hospital visits and medication because of abdominal discomfort for the past 6 months. The causes of the nurses¡¯ occupational stress, which influenced the difference between IBS and non-IBS group, were ¡°conflict with doctors¡± ¡°difficulties in human relationships¡± ¡°dealing with guardians and patients.¡± The IBS group¡¯s stress was higher that of the non-IBS group. Also 96.9% of the IBS group and 79.3% of the non-IBS group responded there was relationship between IBS and nurses occupational stress.

Conclusion: We found the relationship between IBS and nurses¡¯ occupational stress. And such stress could be reduced through the education about IBS.
